Mine is about £450ish for a 130 tipper with me only as the driver, 1 sp 30 4 years ago. 6 years ncb. Hard to compare though tbh.

A-Plan is £615 for me - 25 years old male, 4 years no claims, no speeding tickets etc.

NFU wouldn't touch me as there's no engineers certificate for the tipper, and no one else was interested either.

My engineers report cost £120.00

Think the 59 plate 110 tipper might have to go...

Is there an easy way to spot 3500kg models? 110 or 130, 300 tdi or td5

Thanks

Check the plate. Generally HCPU models have a seperate tub and the non HCPU the tub is built into the back of the cab. HCPU has a seperate cab altogether and the tub sticks out.

Having a HCPU body does not mean it is 3500kg gross weight.

Most are not.

Look at the VIN plate under the bonnet.

It will say 3050kg or 3500kg.

Thanks,

Doesn't look like there are many 3500kg 110s, and 130s go for silly money.
