This 101 is festering in the yard, true 1 ton carrying capacity 3.9 efi engine and high ratio transfer box, goes like stink. Must be a candidate for a truck cab and tipper body.:001_cool: Anyone fancy the challenge ?

Been there done that, swapped the engine out for a Perkins, trouble was it is designed to be loaded and would pick a wheel up like some demented terrier peeing on a lamp post

 

Go on then, I have to ask...How much?

Hi mark my mate has a flat one with a 300tdi eng mate did you stay your LR lose power on hills mate my one does mate on the flat pull when hit a hill it dies off thanks Jon

Looks tidier than mine, similarly festering in the garden, fired it up at the weekend and came home to find the tank dripping petrol.:thumbdown:

 

Mind they can only tow 1500kg and you lose both legs in a shunt.
