Well I missed Xmas day completely but I,ve always had quite a solitary 25th.Got to see my Grandkids on Boxing day so that was nice.I am full steam ahead now to my most favourite day which is of course January 1st.And the most anticipated year of my life! In the meantime my Gym re-,opened so I am writing  a card for the staff there who have become like a family to me.

To you too Mr Gand. Today is where things really start to get exciting for me! I have been in contact with Lantra and a couple of other contacts over the last few weeks and I am in the best financial position of my life to persue whatever I want. The World really has become my Oyster! More about that as 2020 unfolds.Last morning in the Gym of the old year I keep finding new machines.I want to step up my Cardio game and with a Surname like "Banister" what could be more appropriate?
