Mark my friend. You and I endured the same nightmare last year.I suffered for a few weeks more but you will always know what a train wreck it was.It is all in the past now and thankfully I have built myself back up again financially.A tough lesson to learn but good won and evil was smited[emoji6] Have a great Xmas Mark (A.K A loose Canon...or was that Broken Arrow?[emoji1018])

I have been staying in the Norfolk Arms.Very nice place and not far from the job.But after ten weeks or so eating clean and with all my tab paid for I have quite a different menu to choose from.Thankfully with my new mindset regarding my eating habits I can control myself.Where I would normally have a second or even third helping I am more than satisfied with one portion.it,s been a cacophony of flavours and a lot more calories than I,ve been used to.

Well I missed Xmas day completely but I,ve always had quite a solitary 25th.Got to see my Grandkids on Boxing day so that was nice.I am full steam ahead now to my most favourite day which is of course January 1st.And the most anticipated year of my life! In the meantime my Gym re-,opened so I am writing  a card for the staff there who have become like a family to me.
