Opening a can of worms ... The Olympics, what is your view?!

I believe the hosting of the Olympics for any country is a monumental task. It could have been easier for another country to host the Olympics and the economy could have been better as well. I think that the people of the United Kingdom should seize the moment and be the best Stuart's of good will and sportsmanship for this world event.

For many just seeing the Olympic flame passing through ones village or town will provide a lifetime of memories to share with other generations to come.

Now I understand that for some the Olympics is a monumental waste of money, unless of course your one of the thousands of venders that will in turn be providing goods and services for the hundreds of thousands of guest visiting for the games. Yes there will be issues with logistics and all the trappings associated with hosting such an event.

Remember for better or for worse the eyes of the world are fixing to be transposed upon your country. I for one of many millions of people around this planet will be watching the games and will be proud to watch the many athletes representing their countries. All the best.

They say its going to be a great atmosphere... Yeah loads of more people in this country half of which won't go back

The traffic is gonna be horrible i live near hadleigh and the ill thought out sadlers farm roundabout
