In these times youd think you could rely and trust your staff? Im sad to say that weve got a theif in our company weve recently had a set of insulated poles and 2 saws go missing. The poles went over a weekend and im still not sure if they were left site. The saws were discovered to be gone on Friday a 361 was noticed missing then an ms 200 was also seen to be absent

With rods at close on £20 a pop and the saws, that is a grand off the bottom line! Perhaps, as Jonny said, an amount withheld from the salary of those in that team that left them out on site in one lump should discourage such behaviour! Sorry to hear of your woe Roger...
