My Mog is DEAD!!!!!!!

Sorry to hear mate i have to say tho for all a transits sinns you dont sweat when they go wrong had my one for three years spent no more than £1000 on it in that time.

 

My point is i was looking into mogs how much in expense do these machines cost over three years and how much more can you load them.

 

Do they blow up alot.

mogs are like marmite. you either love them or you hate them

As for costs, dig a hole and burn money in it, or buy a mog

but after 3 years they are pretty much worth what you paid for it

i could never bring myself to spend so much on a to behind when you can get twice the size of chipper for half the price and put the rest to the mog.

down time is worse than the repair costs, trying to find a descent mechanic who will work on it. A price is the man to speak to.

company I used to work with runs Mogs, the first was an oldie, and the second is a newer machine. We had a fitter maintain it regularly, and it was checked over weekly, and i dont recall ever having any serious issues with either machine, and they were out every day, running all over East Anglia.

Just found this thread, it was my first ever post on the forum!:blushing:

Wow so much has happened since then, been to loads of shows, driven thousands of miles, made new mates and did a fair bit of typing lol.:001_rolleyes:

And now i own Hucks old Mog!:thumbup1:

Here's to another 3 years of tree cutting adventures:thumbup:
