Hey there,

These types of questions regarding transport and equipment choices alongside the endless issues of finance can often drag you down.

With Ground Control we give you the opportunity of gaining an INTEREST FREE LOAN of up to 80% of the purchase price of all equipment required. Typically a 3 man team setting up from scratch will require approximately £100,000 worth of equipment. This equipment will be purchased by Ground Control and leased to the team on an interest free repayment period of up to 3 years.

While we are also able to guarentee work for at least 2 years. Subject to the quality of the work being delivered. We offer assistance with gaining specific Utility Arb qualifications. (which are mandatory for work in the Utility Arb arena).

We will provide you with a detailed business model that shows how you can significantly increase your income by forming your own team.

I started Oakdale http://www.OakdaleLtd.com with a £5,000 bank loan 13 years ago, thankfully the company is worth a few quid more than that now... LOl

I started off with the £5k to get 1 van, some climbing kit & a lot of self belief, & quite a large slice of business management behind me,

I know of those who have started with a world of debt & promises & hopes then folded within the first 2 years when the work dries up.. No reference intended to GC ,as they are fairly new to Arbor , the first 2-3 years of any business is hard

Really? Care to give examples, or what the typical uk arb crew needs?

when i first started out as an apprentice joiner in the 80's, my first van was a Bedford HA van in green. Really loved that van. Have always had small vans, they suit me down to the ground. Now looking to replace my citroen c15 with a newish berlingo.

Still wanting an old tractor tho.
