. I don't buy into their way of thinking, why can't they be a bit more humble with their money?

It's just personal preference mate, some people like flash motors and private regs, some like old bangers coz they probably aren't into cars and prefer other things.

If I won the lottery, I'd buy a bright green lamborghini, mod the exhaust and drive it like I stole it and get slagged off rotten by many people BUT I wouldn't care

When I worked Recovery one of the guys went out to pull a 4x4 out of a field. When he got there it was a woman who'd just driven into the field to turn round and was spinning a bit. My mate asked he why she hadnt put it in 4 wheel drive.

"My husband told me not to mess with anything"

£105 bill!

Life's far too short to get wound up about things like that. Just don't let it worry you.

i don't let it affect me mozz, it's more like 'ha! i'm so glad i'm not like that!'

i'd rather have a rusty, lowered 60's beetle :thumbup1:

Ha ha. There was one of those (a Murcialago) going round Parliament Square Saturday night before last. It was pretty damned loud without a modded exhaust. I reckon I could stay down here in the deep South and still hear you if you did mod it.

Thinking... you hadn't just nicked it had you?!

Bet it had Arab plates on it. Used to see shedloads of cars like that when I worked in South Kensington. :001_smile:
