Where to get steel pulling cable from?

All i'd say is don't have that all in one length, otherwise it'll be so heavy to carry and roll up. All our 12mm recovery whips are 20m long with a hook and eye spliced into the end then you can just join two together easily without fear of it falling apart setting it up. And it won't be such a task rolling it up or carrying it!

Any lift company May have cable removed from shafts . Store them in a old tyre.

We use Bishop Lifting, there in Cardiff and have wire ropes of all sorts of diameter off the roll, they can attach a hook or eye if needed.
