Oregan Rep gave me the copy at Palmerstons Engineering a couple of years back.

Turns out I've lent it to a colleague, I have asked him to return it, but don't hold your breath.

I am sure there there is another vid similar to that..but they tree is much bigger. i watched a vid about 6 years back that a canadian friend/tree surgeon lent me.

 

It was the same topping out a large tree then the guy climbs on top and sparks a smoke up. Then it says tree men or lumberjax smoke Malboro! ha.
