(find a local bee keeper and get honey, i am told the more local it is to you the better don't know why), few slices of toast and honey for breakfast is truly lovely. i would eat every day if i could.

 

i buy bacon and rolls for a friday mostly every week and have bacon roll friday at work around 9.45am and the difference is amazing, you can really get going after it.

 

As I understand it, it is to build up a resistance to the specific local pollens for hay fever sufferers. :001_smile:

I see a lot of young chap's not getting a good nosh for breaky , they say there not hungry , but end up drinking 3 or 4 cans of that monster stuff ( other makes avalible )

cant stand the muck had a can when red bull first came out , made me into billy wizz for 20 mins then i was nackerd for the rest of the day . a good breakfast will stand you for the day .

for years i used to skip breakfast for more sleep, total lazyness i know. now i have breakfast at least 6 days a week and its usually lunch on a sunday instead when i have long lie in until after 11

 

couldnt cope without breakfast these days and work, would be so wrecked within first hr.
