lanyard, caritool which has small tool clip attached to a throwbag and a sling/steel carabiner for small quick rigging.

nice and simple, even though the tree motion is supposed to look like this....

As little as possible on mine. As others have said, get it sent up as needed.

 

My first aid kit lives in my climbing bag on the deck, I ditched it from my harness about 7 years ago.

 

My view is if you seriously get hurt up a tree, you need to get down pronto, not mince about scrabbling for a first aid pouch behind your back, with arterial blood making your fingers sticky....

Lanyard, Silky, Ho 2 Ho, Throwbag and mini krab, Caritool on one side to clip things on if I get them sent up and one of them snap hook things on the other side for the same reason.

 

I do have one of them bags to store my Lanyard in but TBH it is a PITA and fell to bits after a couple of climbs. That was 20 odd quid well spent.
