Ha ha ha guys, yes Giles it is my old Mog. The head gasket went on it back in May ( have a look there is a thread on here somewhere) I had a new head gasket, head bolts, head skimmed etc etc the other problem was the centre and rear prop shaft bearings shattered. I've spent 8k on it since May and you have reaped the benefits of that.

 

The chipper is spot bollock just watch putting very small pieces through as they tend to get stuck behind the left hand side feed roller.

 

Make sure you top the oil up each week as it uses about a litre a week.

 

If you have any queries drop me a line on 07515 062186 I'll be more than happy to help, that Mog will last you a long time now. I would have kept the front linkage on though as it enables you to carry the chipper to site and tow a trailer which you'll find is very valuable on big takedowns.

My new toy got the mog about 2 weeks ago from atkinson vos and i love it.

i am only 22 so think i am doing pretty well to have my mog already!

 

Ohhhh, ( gets tissues-) Ahhhhhh ...........Nice !
