well the l/a paid me another visit today, it would appear the complainant has gone over the normal guys head & strait to the top , so out they pop, the guy didnt even know how long wed had planning for , & didnt even know we owned it ??then went on to inform me that i need planning for my containers ??,this subject had been delt with sevreal yrs ago in depth & sorted,to which i tryed to explain this but he was adderment i need planning,so then told them to get of my land ,forthwith, he replyed we can get a warrent & come bk ,so i said go get yr warrent then , but still get of my land ,NOW !! i was under the impression l/a wer tight for money so why waste it , on matters that someone in the versinety of the yd , dont like living next to a wood yard , its been ther 30+ yrs , just beggers be;ieve,

As far as I can remember containers dont need planning as they are moveable storage units, and only if they are close to a road, something like 3m,had all this when set up a yard, neighbour didn't like it so had an endless wave of jobs worth coming in.

 

Made them all a tea and sat down all civil like to talk about it, they saw how it was all planned through and came up with a few suggestions about a hedgerow to keep curtain twitcher happy.

 

The use of land may become an issue if there are oil waste patches but being a timber yard it should be environmentally happy.

 

I hate neighbours and I wish that my nearest one was ten or more miles away from me.

he already has £45k, i dont need to or to want sell it ,yard are like rocking hores pooh,wel over here anyway & it would mean looking for somwer else , & trying to get p/p on it , which would be difficult , :001_smile:
