I have a shop next door to my house, which i rent out to a guy, who runs a computer repairshop from it, he stays open late till about 20.00hrs we get loads of kids hanging about as he lets them play computer games. He is in and out of the shop a lot, so when the shop is locked all the kids hang about waiting for him to return, this is when they start damaging stuff and how much litter do kids make! In the past we have seen him giving kids cigerettes, which we weren,t happy about and told him so, but he still carried on doing it. But tonight was the last straw, 2 girls 12/13 years old damaging the 200 year old listed railings and pulling shrubs out of our garden, told them to stop it got loads of lip! So went to see the computer guy doors locked but lights on no one in, then the girls run behind the church and appear 10 seconds later with carrier bags of drink then computer guy walks out from behind the church!!! I well angry by this time and computer guy admitts buying drink for kids. so after me and my missus finished shouting at him. i went to the police station and reported him and on monday when he pays the rent he owes us we are kicking him out of our shop. Do you think i,m taking this to far? I don,t think i,ve took it far enough.

You are not taking this matter to far in fact here in the states he would have been arrested on the spot for providing smokes to teen agers and if he was buying adult bev's he would be in the klink for a while. Start the eviction process and serve him official notice if need be. The neighborhood will be better for it and you fell better about it.:thumbup1:
