Not as windy today but probably wetter than yesterday.

 

Been out underbrashing a stand of small hardwoods today - everything wet enough it's been hung in the shed til it stops dripping enough to bring it in to the house to try and dry it all out for the morning.

Thoroughly demoralised today! Climbing in this constant rain is no fun.

Cant wait to put the wet clothes and boots on in the morning :thumbdown:

My favorite is sliding the prussik knot up the rope and feeling the cold water run down your arm and body

 

ah well i suppose there's worse jobs! keep smiling and carry on :biggrin:

Bright and sunny here, lovely to sit out and eat a sandwich and a mug of tea out of the Kelly at lunch, catching the last rays of the summer while we can. May get a light shower tomorrow around 2.16pm til 2.16.47 if we're really unlucky. Best job in the world sometimes, it really is.

 

If Carlsberg made a county, it would probably be Suffolk :thumbup:
