Cloudy but got a chilly wind today as a result I've got the woodburner going in the house,first time in a week! Hope all the folk are doing the same and get some of that wood burnt.

Blowin' a bleedin' gale here jon. Been out on me pushbike for a couple of hours this morning and it was bloody hard work.

Blowing hard here and has been now since last night. Heavy showers now merging into constant wintry rain. Some of the gusts are blowing the weather station in the field about so much it keeps faulting and sending back 5mph readings when its clearing about 30-40mph+ and gusting much higher. Think I'll check it on calmer day. Nipped into our local village (Holywood) and it's quite pleasant for the time of year - 600ft+ of elevation makes all the difference for us up here
