The rain cleared early here and it's been a pretty good with lots of sunshine so went out and made the most of it and split some logs

me too rain cleared up about 12.30 pm so been down plot splitting next years logs and on that note we hav,nt had any white stuff here or frost come to think its been very mild so far but got lots of woodlice about when splitting some ash today but the 2 robins i have keep swooping down the min i switch the splitter off there all over it looking for grubs etc in the bark on the floor etc i could sit n watch,em for hours tits that is not robins lol

Torrential rain and gales this morning but looks like it will blow through quickly soaking the rest of you

its chucking it down here i got the splitter out but unless it slows or stops raining i,am staying put watching drew salvage hunter etc but going out if that bloke comes on shouting boom baby rick or nick savage i thinks hais name doe my head in almost as close as go compare i would rather get wet through splitting wood than listen to him saying boom baby hate it when he does that ps raining harder now

Blooming horrible it is. Windy and horrible.

 

Where due to go out on a new year run on the boat this morn. But binned it and went for breakfast instead with the crew.

 

Sometimes it's just time to say sod it let's eat.....
