Anti-inflammatories (ibuprofen) are supposed to be better all round.

Maybe thats why you suffer repeatedly.

 

Pain is your body's way of telling you something is wrong, numbing the pain with chemicals and carrying on is bound to make things worse.

 

being self employed as im sure you know makes it hard to have time off

dont seem to have the oppertunity to do this. expected to turn up and get the job done as quickly and effciently as possible. contractors dont pay for someone to turn up and moan

Wait till youre late forties,you,ll take em then. Ive had golfers elbow for a year, tennis elbow three years ago just from using a 200t one handed. A lot of right shoulder and lower back injuries.

i keep pulling a muscle but it does not hurt much you just keep going maybe it,s an age thing
