My opinion of healthy lifestyle. (from the eyes of someone who wants to compete athletically)

DIET

Paleo Diet / Paleo Diet For Athletes - Loren Cordain

EXERCISE

Yoga (Ginastica Natural specifically!)

Meditation (Merkaba ~ Flower of Life - Drunvalo)

Olympic sports such as:

Gymnastics (Ring transition training) Nothing but bodyweight!

Weightlifting (Snatch, Clean & Jerk ~ squat, deadlift, press)

Swimming, Cycling, Rowing, Climbing, running

Dont ask me why im here typing this at this time, just my 2 pennies for anyone wanting a new idea, I feel having fun with exercise is key along with a planned diet mainly consisting of fresh fruit, veg, meat, fish, nuts...

studying paleo and planting an underplanted orchard has convinced me.

I could talk all day about what I have read about processed foods, grain and dairy! but I won't

I drink Stella or red wine most nights, eat mostly red meat and fat, smoke reefer occasionally and only eat nuts or fruit when I run out of chocolate and crisps.

Sorry, I read 'healthy' as 'happy'!

Diet - whats that?

Im rather partial to a glass or two of rouge, as for exercise theres always plenty to do in the garden.
