Lots of useful suggestions coming up - thankyou!

I've never really been able to sleep without waking in the night. On the few occasions I have, I few like a new man in the morning.

It takes so little to keep me awake too - stress, worrying about money, sore stomach (as I've had for the last few days).

I'm going to ask my wife to kick me every time I look like I'm dropping off on the sofa!

I often nap in the chair in the evening, it doesn't affect my nights sleep at all.

But I have switch on the back of my head and when it hits the pillow I'm out like a light.

Usually miss at least 1 night a week.

Always up by 7am

Valium always does it for me. I generally dont have a problem sleeping, but every now and then i get a period when I just lie awake with the nerves jangling, or wake up with the terrors, and after a few nights, getting more and more tired, I just neck a valium or something similar and at least I get one good nights sleep and recharge the batteries.
