long hard day

got to the yard a 6 this morning and got home around half 7 the last job of the day my back is now in so much pain after digging out two pampas grass thats been burn of no joke they must ave been 10feet aroung you can tell i had two truck loads of rubbish

should have had a digger = No pain :thumbup:

Try to rehydrate yourself slowly by increasing your water intake, 2 x 150mg Ibuprofen before you go to bed and continue every 12 hours. Should be feeling better in 48 to 72 hours. No I am not a doctor, but I did stay at a Holiday Inn Express last week so that should count for something and I also treat my self the same way after a hard days work.

Thats a task you took on there,last time I removed the like of that I was more than glad to be driving away from the completion,you may have the odd nightmare about it over the next few weeks,but be heartened by the thought of other more horendous jobs looming!:001_tt2:

at the moment im quite busy with with work wich is a blessing for me but it all seems to be work that hard to do and no one else wants but its going to pay the bills for me so as i look at it i will keep moaning about it while doing it but be smileing at the end of each job that will get finished
