Weird glitch when logging in to arbtalk

Hi is anyone else experiencing problems opening and logging in?

This keeps popping up-

/profile.php?do=dst Could not be Found. Reffering url was http://arbtalk.co.uk/. Browser your using is Mozilla/5.0 (Windows NT 6.1; WOW64) AppleWebKit/535.2 (KHTML, like Gecko) Chrome/15.0.874.106 Safari/535.2.

When I click to go back it loads up fine:confused1:

Hmm, I've also noticed a yellow bar popping up saying 'an additional plug-in is required to display some elements on this page'

When I click the install tab nowt happens:thumbdown:

I've installed plug-in by clicking the 'problems installing ' tab top right but this yellow bar keeps popping back up.
