Advise for Starters...

Right, There are so many guys coming into this line of work looking for guidance, If you could give one piece of advise to yourself when you're starting out in this game, What would it be??

I'm quite new myself but best thing some1 has told me yet is when you hear the voice in your head that says this might go wrong, stop, don't go nah it'll be alright

learn as many different techniques with reguards to climbing, cuts, rigging etc. and try to master them all.

 

And also, never stop listening and learning!

Keep your prices high..

be methodical and have a plan.

Felling start at the bottom and work up...reducing start at the top or top sides to clear a window and work down in most cases any way,that way you can clear out hangers and you wont break off any branches you have reduced already when chucking the top out and you can follow the line around more easily.
