Going to have a go at this........... soon

 

Must admit that last night, before I made a plonker of myself, I got down and did a one "set to failure" run. If I couldnt get above 35 I wasnt going to try this challenge :biggrin:

 

Now I just need a day to get over the soreness:thumbup:

12.6 for me... But i had a little longer break between 11 and 12. Probably about a minute... Does this still count??!

 

Didnt think id get that far as i havent trained properly for years. :thumbup:

 

No!!!!

 

I reckon anything above 10 is decent though (55 press ups total).

Got to 15 first time tried and got bored so decided to try it plyometric style I dare any of you to try it this way,just for love of god don't keep arms straight on way down.

From standing start drop into pressup and push yourself back to standing and repeat process ;)

I managed 9 this way haha by god I was sore the day after.
