Customer: My Birch needs a good topping.

Me: No it doesn't. It will die.

Customer: I don't care if it does.

Me: Do you want me to fell it then?

Customer: No. I can put a bird box on the trunk.

Me: Are you happy to have a 15 foot dead trunk next to your kids trampoline?

Customer: Yes.

Me: Not a great advert for my company, I'm afraid. I'm going to have to say no.

Customer: OK. I'll get someone else to do it.
