I took mine back today and they had the same problems after it warmed up they are going to phone husqvarna in the morning and get it sorted ive told them i want a different saw [not another 560 ] so will update you tomorrow.

Do you guys have the non xp 555 that is a 560 without the rev boost? Try one if you do. No problems here with that one.

Was intending to send mine back this week. But used it wednesday and thursday and all went well. including hot starts and no cutting out. Used it with 20" bar too and it handled it with ease.

Jury is still out for me tho. It was supposed to be replacing my old ground saw which was to sit at home as a spare but dont trust the 560xp enough to leave home without my old echo to reach for when the 560xp refuses to start!

Keep the info coming about experiences and how husqvarna respond.

Husqvarna have said its faulty chip and they will repair it me and the dealer have lost confidence in the saw so he replaced with a stihl 362 so now i just got to get rid of a 338 and im all orange and white and that the way ill be staying .:thumbup:

Have you got rid of the 560?
