anyone having problems with the new 560xp

I'm a newbie to chainsaws. I brought my Husky 560xp on Wednesday morning worked all afternoon then on Saturday cleaned her up due to falling ill Wednesday night and nothing but arms like Arnie trying to start it and she just wont start, so back to the store with it tomorrow. unless you guys know whats up, but I've followed the manual and all the info i can find grrrrrrrrr that's me not the saw

1 week on and virtually no coating left on bar and while cleaning noticed starter side caseing screw missing, it just gets better and better.

Seems like there are a few too many friday afternoon saws out there!

 

There really is no excuse for a top end saw form a respected manufacturer not to perform.

Saw equally awkward to start today. And to add insult to injury the "auto tune" was being a pain also.

 

Trying the warm start as described in the owners handbook just caused it to flood!

 

Time to contact Husqvarna me thinks.

 

Will post again when have more info.

 

Would still like to hear from others how they are getting on with their 560's the more information the better.

 

It could be such a good saw.

Bought one and i loved it, now im not to sure took it back already cause it was cutting out under load they put a new chip on it seems to be ok, but wat a b**ch to start!!!!! Wen warm

When i first bought the 560 i was very impressed but after the first week its become a huge let down poor starting when hot and cutting out under load .

NOT ACCEPTABLE HUSQVARNA SORT IT OUT.

Does the dealer have to except it back can some one please recommend a 60cc saw in the same price range please .

Got mine through F R Jones and sons.

 

Contacted them today and I am posting it back to them later this week so they can look at it. As it is under warranty they have also said they will refund my postage costs.

 

Very impressed with their customer service just hope they can sort it out.
