True, but once a baler or mulcher has been in, the diggers work is a fraction of what it was before, and you dont end up with huge piles of crap that need burning or chipping or whatever.

mulcher,do a few passes ,then drop the head down in to the soil will mulch it down to soil ,as long as it isnt to stoney/rocky ,well my seppi did any way ,had skids that you could alter for depth

Very interesting concept, haven't seen or heard of one of these machines in Ireland yet. Have you seen one in action Tommer? Do you know what sort of diameter material it can handle comfortably? Also is the height of the material being baled an issue?
