Surely digger would be best, blackthorn throws up suckers like crazy, so just clearing at ground level like the baler will only make half a job.

 

True, but once a baler or mulcher has been in, the diggers work is a fraction of what it was before, and you dont end up with huge piles of crap that need burning or chipping or whatever. :001_smile:
