Second that Lorry. Good price on the Cyclone, did you hi-jack a wagonload?

I think the key word here is supplement.

Protein shakes will never replace a good, balanced diet, but I do find them useful to give that extra top-up when you're working really hard.

Don't worry about overdoing it, you just fart the extra stuff out.

Hi guys I use Promax it tasts great and I find it works well for me .

You can get them in Argos in the really big drums . Alot of the shakes I could not drink as they tasted so bad but this is one of the first ones that I have found that tast good . The strawbury is the best one .

All the best littletree:thumbup:

Firstly, A good balanced diet should be more than enough for everyday usage.

If you feel the need for a top-up, the main issue is just to find one that agrees with you, ie - tastes good, and no stomach upsets.

personaly as a cyclist, I use high5 products. http://www.high5.co.uk

i personally have tried various brands such as PHD ,Reflex, Maximuscle and a couple others and i have found maximuscle to be about the best of them . The bigest problem when it comes to Protein is getting the right protein for the right aplication , im currently trying to shed any excess body fat and maintain my current level of strength so i am using Promax Diet and Thermobol , the reason behind that is that the protein shakes aid in supporting muscle tissue that would normally be lost during periouds of body fat loss, i do feel that unless you are training 4-5 times a week then ther should be not real reason to use protein shakes .
