I went to the show today. Saw some good demos. Saw some shiny stuff in the FR stand, bought some of it but more importantly got some really good advice from Nick (Fletcher Stewart bloke) and two guys from FR's.

Swayed my decision from a GRCS to the stein dual or stein single with long fiddle block system. Basically, I was told about rigging options I hadn't thought about before.

Anyway, all seemed good and I hope plenty more pledge their support tomorrow.

PS. Prices were very good.

What a great time!! Personally I'd like to thank the sponsors, competitors for making it a great success, Mick and Gollum for the wood for the targets, the young lady from the Childrens Trust for assisting with the scoring and adding a touch of glamour in the pouring rain. Great effort guys and girls, I'll leave it to Steve to announce the winners, runners-up etc. Tug of war was great, thanks to Les Cork for organising it and the trophy for the jammy winners, who were truly modest in victory (not!!
