This thread has just reminded me to see if I could get an ignition coil for a cs2900 which has been kicking about the workshop for 6 years or so. Went onto ebay and bought a complete saw which the seller said is probably seized. Cheaper than buying a new coil with the added bonus of a few spares chucked in. Good result

Still contemplating one of the little 280WES's - anyone spied them online for any less than £231 inc vat on a 10"?
There is a 281WES out now. Tad more powerful than the 280, so there might be some deals on 280's if you search around. (Saw a 281 today at my dealers today) :001_smile:
