Yes Matt, Foleys sold it to me. I will get a pic of my buddies almost identical truck in red aswell. i work with him a lot so the two together will look very purposful!

Some nice motors on here. Here's mine I hav'nt got the green Hi lux any more it did about 18 to the gallon so it had to go. white Hi - Lux is the daily driver/pricing wagon/log delivery/you get the picture.

How did you find the green hilux for weight carrying?

 

I did consider buying one for converting into a tipper but wasn't sure how it would handle the weight or whether it would carry as much as my 130.

crispy pretty sure ive seen you in that green hi lux around bedford way when i worked for mat bell when we where butchering some populars near some industrial units around 4-5 years ago.

OK dokey

1 Transit weighs 2400kg unladen thats with all the kit in the boxes. Got to go pretty careful with filling it. we got a tipping trailer on its way to go behind th hi lux. The box is big to catch chip (i got fed up with blowing chip off the green hi lux)

 

2. The Hi Lux Had a 7 Inch lift and 35 inch tyres and still managed to handle the weight ok it sat down at the back but no worries other wise. Just THIRSTY

Left them about three years ago crisp,didnt like topping populars any more....na hes a good guy ,changed his company name to GTS and got 4 gangs on the go, a far cry from when it was just me and nick,hes always had some cool toys though.

The 130's my current work truck - had it a year and still not got the box taken off yet

 

The hilux is my old work truck - it couldn't handle hard work - got rid to buy the 130

 

The jimny is the "normal" car and the pink discovery was my toy but I've just sold it to buy something V8 - either a classic rangie or early disco.
