:confused1: Really!!!!!!!!!!

£1000 for 30 50ft tall, 3ft bhd confers!!!!!!

At that diameter for their hight I would say they will have been topped in the past, making them much worse than maidens.

I'm very glad you lads ain't in my area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why, whats wrong with £1k for 2 men for a day?:001_huh:

Why would I need an artic Dave?

Bit of a problem here, i have to quote for the take down and removal of 30 laylandii.

Theres no problem in the job itself it's pricing it that am stuck at! I f am honest i havent got a clue where to start. I know people don't like to band figures about but even something close what would be excepted would help.

There will be myself and another person working and there is no time frame in which it has to be completed so no panic.

They are all in a row and no tight spaces with nothing to hit.:001_huh:

Ho Ho!

I go out for the day and come back to this.

OP said , straight fells, good access, waste ground, nothing to remain on site.

Two men in a day could well be feasable.

One man with a saw and some fuel and a file, the other man with a teleporter and grab and a box of matches.

Knock 'em over, cut 'em into four, stick 'em on the fire, go home.

Simples!

The OP gave so little info about the job, why couldn't it be done like that?

Great minds think alike!

Here's one I did earlier, and had a ball of a day. Not bad coin really.

No artic needed

I thought you were discussing this job, not another.

Coming on here is becoming pointless.

People just talk nonsense.

Dave, you have contributed nothing to this thread and if you wish to stop partaking that is your choice. Just like it is your choice to constantly antagonise, provoke and be derogatory. I will not miss it.

I put forward a suggestion on price after I had more details from the OP. With attitude, you have asked me questions I have tried answering. Simple.

So Wired, as for another suggestion/possibility of doing the job for £1000(and removing from site) have you thought of a large chipper hired in for a few hours and letting an equestrian or hort place take the chips?
