What do you do for the cardio?

 

A few round on the pads with these guys... enough to make you spew. Mart, the guy in the single pic is an sadistic barstweward. Mind you when the two on the right of the 3 guys, were training us at our gym they seemed to get a giggle from trying to get the 'farangs' to gag!

What do you do for the cardio?

 

 

After going to the pub for a few hours i do like to work on my cardio, it just depends if there is anyone else at the pub that is keen to help out with my fitness programme.:blushing:
