they were all nice big single stemmed syccies! big green ladders! and the odd oak but i didnt like climbing them as they didnt have as many branches!

 

theres some nice oaks alongside the ash i climbed yesterday, theres a row of them, gona climb one next week

you never climber the ladder oak rob? thats an awesome tree! my first biggy:thumbup:

 

 

a tryout day at myerscough we could, they dont let us anymore, its branches are all shiny! would like to have a go up the monster beech up there one day though!

 

Another climbing day is in order! thats a different thread though!:biggrin:

couple more images, one is the aerial rescue practice, all the trees were like that, tall and good to climb!

 

second is the first day of getting all my new kit, just playing in the little sycamore in the garden, i wish everything was still that shiny!

 

sweet, i got get the rst of my kit, so far ive got a harness and a karabiner lol, good job the collage as the rest and a big choice of ropes to try
