I use them nearly all the time for access into trees but hardly ever work from them to easy to have an accident imo.Anything that saves time,effort and is easy to use is a big bonus, and I'm past the "only proffesionals would climb without a ladder" stage.:001_tongue:

Nice to see some good honest replies.

 

Any of the climbers I have talked to round here laugh at ladders and go on an ego trip :001_tt2::reddy:.

 

Personally I would rather save what energy I have got for doing the job not pulling my lard-arse up a tree when it can be (safely) avoided.

 

That said each to thier own!
