just out of interest does anyone know why Blue Moon wouldn't pass CE/EN tests?, how would they have to change the construction of the rope to pass CE?EN tests?

 

If Poison Ivy passes CE/EN testing why can't Yale just construct the Blue Moon the same way as the CE marked Poison Ivy?

 

I would think they could. We have Yale limelight over here which must have had the same construction changes as poison ivy.. So bring on the blue moon!!!:thumbup1:

Has Armor Prus been CE approved yet? Seeing as how loads of us use it (as hitch cord, not 'accessory line'), and have posted the pics to prove it....:blushing:

 

I could understand how they sell it as "accessory line" and you tie the knots in it yourself, But I can't understand how it can be sold ready spliced? ie, in friction cord lengths? I thought that shops can't sell something that isn't CE marked? Or am I missing something?:confused1:

I think its fine as long as its not used for work........

I've got a good combo of AP and bluemoon then, for reccy use of course:001_rolleyes::thumbup1:
