This is true...however in this instance, on this media, there IS something I can do about it...and i would do it for anyone else including you.

You can post videos no problem (obviously depending on whats in it), Just copy and paste the link into the reply box and it sorts it out for you :001_smile:

Once again, foul language is becoming an issue, posts containing anything in breach of the rules will be deleted not just the offending words. Check the rules for posting guidance if you are unsure.

Not sure if this is the correct place to post but I had made a serious mistake :blushing:on a "Post" which is now withdrawn regarding a new chainsaw fuel I had found. SORRY Steve and Forum Mods :001_rolleyes:

I therefore had a good look through the rules and regulations on the forum and found a mention that Arbtalk reserve the right to publish all photographs from the forum.

This had me thinking with all the fine tree/landscape/work pictures how about a commercial calender with 13 nice photos and a large amount of the funds raised going to some good causes like in the raffle.

What do people think? Good Idea?

The forum mods could work out a method of voting for the best ones.

I've got to say that some of the recent threads I've read have left me feeling slightly uncomfortable. More so with an underlying tone rather than the overall content. They didn't seem to be within the general good atmosphere of arbtalk and even with some of the topics that cause much feeling between people with far differing views these particular threads/posts just felt wrong. Maybe it's just me.

It's Steves site, Steves rules, end of!

Lol, that always cracks me up when someone pipes up on some internet thread and says "end of discussion" or "end of" or "discussion over" etc.

Just who do they think they are.....raised eyebrow here.

About

Arbtalk.co.uk is a hub for the arboriculture industry in the UK.
If you're just starting out and you need business, equipment, tech or training support you're in the right place.  If you've done it, made it, got a van load of oily t-shirts and have decided to give something back by sharing your knowledge or wisdom,  then you're welcome too.
If you would like to contribute to making this industry more effective and safe then welcome.
Just like a living tree, it'll always be a work in progress.
Please have a look around, sign up, share and contribute the best you have.

See you inside.
