General Tree pics

Topping some dead trees earlier in the week. The owner of the land was away and wanted pics, so there. I should get more, but often dont think till after.

 

All need wedging. About 40ft tops. I even took some back weight out of the last one and it still sat back. Had to stack 2 wedges driven most of the way in to tip it.

Thanks David, oh god must be about 80 in total that is a very rough guess there was alot of poles and alot of cuts to make. Check out the tree yourself some time, I think my boss mentioned he would like to meet you! Do you no Henry?

 

Haven't seen Henry for a couple of years. How's the coppice re-gen in Collin's Coppice coming along? Hope the Heras kept the deer out. :thumbup1:
