i know that tree dont i?!

 

its about time that came down after it was well and truely hacked!

 

thing was the guy who hacked it last year called round last week while i was working there see ir she wanted it Trimmed again.

was all cleared by 12 30 then straight upto "Chew and brew" for munchies

Do you think it would have held on the stump longer if you had retained all the buttress roots?

 

Yes Pete. I should have left them, it's one of those trees that you will always look back on and think, I should have...

 

 

Talking about it last night over some beers with a mate we decided just pulling the tree over with a fat winch would have been the thing to do, no cutting just rip it over.
