Today has been the hardist day of my life . I lost my mum today I had looked after her for years at home but sadly the last month she became so unwell she had to go into St margrets hospice she had cancer and had fort it for years but sadly it took toll and she lost the battle against it today . They have been great and the care has been excellent . I was very close to her we allways had each other through thick and thin we did everything together the hole is going to be very hard to fill

I am now sitting infront of my PC feeling pritty crumpled . hope tommrow the sun will come out again.

Really feeling for you fella. Remember all the fun and laughter you've had over the years. There isn't a perfect way to cope with it but with some real good friends and family members to support you, you will get through. My wife and I have both lost our fathers in the same way and it was hard, but with good memories you will be ok. Be strong
