What is the best make of philips screwdrivers and flathead screwdrivers, the ones I buy always last about 3 months then break!

I'm willing to pay top dollar as I'm sick of B&Q crappy tools always breaking!!!

 

I'll check those out though, any other suggestions would be good.

im gradually changing all my tools to teng piece by piece....havent got round to their screwdrivers yet but i have no reason to doubt they will be any less quality than all their other tools

most of my tools are teng now. i was getting them very cheap from a mate who worked at an agricultural store. they all seem very high quality.

Britool are as good as Snap on or Teng, but since they have been taken over by Stanley their warentee replacement policy has gone down hill.

Teng i cant fault. Replaced my tool chest no questions asked after nearly a year bouncing around in my truck.

they're not uncommon to find, you'd probably want to go to more of a tool hardware shop than the likes of b&q though.

i think i saw some teng stuff in halfords once come to think of it

Halfords Professional range suprisingly enough.

 

Most of my set up from my car tinkering is Halfords Pro. Excellent stuff, sensible prices and a no complaints replacement if anything is broken (ratchets slipping, screwdriver tips snapping opening paint tins etc etc) provided it is not totally evident stuff has been misused.

 

Worth a look at least but if money is no object then snap-on can't be beaten
