Any clues (serious ones only please) on how to try to my new kitten to use the box provided and not the spot behind the TV, the corner behind the sofa or nearest to my Bed? I had forgotten how my body reacts to smell and the act of cleaning up. I've no weak stomach - I can hurl as far as the next man, but it's costing a fortune in cleaning products and my throat is sore from chucking up.

Put the litter box where the cat is doo dooing.

...or wipe where it has doo dooed with a paper towel to get the scent on then place paper towel in the tray.

If all else fails, shoot it. :icon14:

Could be a bit rough, and some might slag me off, but if you catch it doing it, rub its nose into the doo then put the cat in the tray.

Usually works, if not, shoot it!
