few random shots from past months,one of my land that needed topping big time,some random plant trough shots decided to whip out for home,and one of me loading up the leg press for leg workout lol

 

Yeti. The bar is bending in that leg press pic. What's the weight?

2x15kg and 15x25kg plates equals 405kg so about 970pound I did this after 12 sets of 2 squats on a six inch box working up to 390kg.then just repped the 405kg on leg press till couldn't move all in all with rest pause did around 112reps with that on leg press. On good day if just leg pressing without squats I can fill it full with 25kg plates just shy 2,000 pound.I don't leg press anymore as ran out of space to put plates and people on top of lol

sorry to hear that, i did in 2 ribs on an enduro bike about 4 years ago, no more fun for me on 2 wheels with a 450cc engine, its a shame because in my imagination i am awesome on a motorbike but in reality i am rubbish lol

 

get back on that bike steve, i ride alot of enduros and its the best way to chill out forget everything :)

The first hawk is a female sparrowhawk , ye the second is a goshawk that I flew for the last couple of seasons now in a breeding project .. atb John

 

alright pal, i fly a male gos, my missis dads a good breeder in the midlands, were bouts u from mate? :001_smile:
