Anyone know a good place to buy discounted Jap / Mitsu / L200 parts?

 

Need a new sump for my 2004 2.5TD as the plug thread is stripped; helicoil will be attempted but in case it doesn't work need to get an oil pan. Mitsubishi price is nearly £300 plus £600 fitting - the pain, the pain!

take sump off, drop it round to local welder/engineer, new gasket, plus a drink sounds far cheaper!!!!!!!

Milners are superb. Water pump for my Maverick in Halfrauds was £180ish, Milners wanted £40ish for OEM part

If you have some meat around the hole you could try a brass bsp plug. If you let me know the mm diametre of your sump plug I will try and have a look tommorrow. Is the sump steel or ally.
