i haven't used my 'safe eyes' goggles for a while now, just because they are so uncomfortable! i thought they may have some soft padding that fit to your face without any gaps. infact they have a thin, hard plastic and the only way to get rid of all the gaps round the edge is to tighten the straps to the point were they are almost drawing blood!

(will the mk2 safe eyes, with soft padding be coming out soon?)

will be getting some of those stihl ones jonsie mentioned

That's strange Alex, I've never heard of anyone having such problems with the Safe-Eyes goggles. They should fit snuggly, without digging in and should certainly not leave any more than a faint mark on your skin where they have been sitting, just like any other type of goggle. There's a new design which is more like a spectacle with the mesh lens....I'll send you a free sample to try out and you can let me know how you get on with that :)
