Wont be everybodies cup of tea.

Obviously we can only see it from one dimension Mike, so I don't think you can have any worthwhile criticism.

But hats off to you for putting this in place, & giving it a first attempt in such a visual & aesthetic location. :thumbup1:

 

Looks like a fair bit of cutting went into it.

 

The most important things at this stage, what does the client think?

The client is happy that what we did was in the best interests of the Tree.Fair play to them for letting us take a different path than the pruning they were accustomed to.

 

The cut is only visable from a couple of angles,I think I would make the Coronet more dramatic next time.The cut still has a straight profile,I think it couød do without.

:

 

the limb was coming off so spikes all the way in my book, just throwline your anchor point and away you go, use your tipy toes on the stem and job done:thumbup1:

 

mike is that a hydraulic thumb i see on the digger, if so nice:biggrin:

 

oh and self loading tracked barrows, even nicer:biggrin:
