Ideal workshop/yard essentials

I'm just setting up a nice little workshop in a shed in the garden. A place to tend to saws at home, away from the yard. What would you guys say are the essentials bits of kit to have in an arb workshop? And, on a different tangent; What's the best set-up you've seen in regards to parking up chippers and vans, and putting away and storing kit in terms of efficiency and neatness?

Worked with several companies, from minimalists to hoarders so i've seen plenty different set-ups, with upsides and downsides, now I'm out working for myself it seems that my yard could be a little better organised..

that's the one thing not to forget, there are eyes everywhere and at some point they WILL be trained on your shed. Ask stockbridge for some midget porn mags, allways a good addition:lol:
