Seriously, I find knackered Ash a bit iffy. Throwbag-winch etc. would probably be my plan.

I realise you are going to fell them anyway Frank, and this was only a hyperthetical thread(that has developed some interesting responses), but, i would still love to see the final felling cuts:sneaky2:

 

Dont forget, i am now back from my hols and would happily come along when you do the job just to take the......, i mean observe:001_tt2:

yeah thats the other problem isnt it. How much control you have with that amount of holding timber?????
